Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear rules for both fans and athletes. By completing a booking on Clubby you agree to the terms below.
For Fans
Athlete-Initiated Cancellations
If the athlete cancels your booking at any time, you receive a 100% refund to your card (typically 5–10 business days).
Fan-Initiated Cancellations
100% refund to your card
The full amount of your booking is refunded to your original card. Refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
50% refund to your card
Half of the booking amount is refunded to your original card; the remaining half is kept by the platform to compensate the athlete's reserved time.
Cancellation not available
Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the slot is locked and fan-initiated cancellation is no longer possible. If you cannot attend, please contact support for exceptional cases (illness, emergency).
Why different tiers? Athletes reserve dedicated time for your call. Late cancellations prevent them from using that time for another booking. The 24–48h tier shares that cost between you and the athlete.
For Athletes
No Cancellation Penalty
You can cancel a booking at any time — including right before the call — with no fee and no penalty on your earnings.
When you cancel, the fan is fully refunded to their card.
A note on reliability
Although there is no financial penalty, repeated or last-minute cancellations may affect your visibility on Clubby and your ability to be booked. Cancel as early as possible and communicate with your fans through the platform.
Disputes & Support
If you believe a cancellation outcome was incorrect, or if you experienced issues during a call, contact our support team from your dashboard. We review disputes within 48 hours.
