    Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both fans and athletes while ensuring a reliable experience for everyone.

    For Fans

    Full Refund Guarantee

    If an athlete cancels your scheduled call for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your payment. No questions asked.

    Fan-Initiated Cancellations

    24+ hours

    Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled call.

    1-24 hours

    Full refund, but please try to give athletes as much notice as possible.

    < 1 hour

    Full refund is still provided, but last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book with that athlete in the future.

    For Athletes

    Late Cancellation Penalty

    We understand that emergencies happen. However, fans rely on confirmed bookings, so we have a penalty system to encourage reliability.

    Penalty Window: Within 1 Hour of Call

    If you cancel a confirmed booking within 1 hour of the scheduled start time, a penalty of 50% of your earnings for that call will be applied.

    How Penalties Work

    • Penalties accumulate and are deducted from your next successful booking payout.
    • You can view any pending penalties on your athlete dashboard.
    • Fans always receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

    No Penalty Situations

    • Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the call
    • Fan-initiated cancellations
    • Technical issues on our platform (contact support)

    Tip: If you need to cancel, do so as early as possible. Communicate with your fans through the platform to maintain a good reputation.

    Disputes & Support

    If you believe a cancellation penalty was applied unfairly, or if you experienced issues during a call, you can open a dispute through your dashboard. Our team will review all disputes within 48 hours.
